How to shop with Car Audio Direct…
Placing an order with Caraudiodirect.com.au is easy!

Step 1 – Account Creation or Login
If you haven't yet made an account with Car Audio Direct click here and fill in your details; if you intend to have orders delivered please include your address information. Contact details will let us keep in touch with you through out the ordering process.
If you already have an account click here to log in
After login you will be taken to your personal account area.
Step 2 – Find the items you want…
Now you can start shopping!
By clicking the ‘Products' button at the top of the screen you will be presented with main product menu. This menu contains all the different categories of products carried by Car Audio Direct.
Clicking on individual products or the ‘more info' button you will be taken to a page with all the product details.
To purchase a product simply click the ‘add to cart' button.
You can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart.
Step 3 – View your cart
At any time you may view the products in your cart by clicking the ‘View Cart' button.
Individual items can be removed by clicking the “X” located to the right of the product price.
Alternatively you may completely empty your cart to remove all selected items.
The number under the ‘Qty' column specifies how many of that item you would like to purchase. To purchase more than 1, change to the desired number and click the ‘update qty' button. The cart will calculate the total amount for the items.
Step 4 – Check out
When you are happy with the products in your cart you may proceed to checkout.
Clicking the ‘Check Out' button will give you a listing of your products, a total amount and the postage options.
Customers have the option to choose Regular Postage, Express Postage or Pick Up. Select your preferred method.
After you have selected your preferred postage type, please press the ‘continue' button.
Step 5 – Payment Options
The total amount of your order including postage will be displayed.
Select your method of payment.
If you would like to use a credit card, please select the PayPal option. Note: You do not need a PayPal account. You will be taken to the PayPal Site, to the left of the login window the option to use credit card is available by clicking the ‘continue' button. Follow the prompts to complete the order.
Alternatively payment can be made directly into our bank account using direct debit. When using direct debit please use your Invoice number and surname as payment details so we can identify your payment.
Customers also have the option to pick up their order from our shop front and pay by cash, eftpos or credit card in person.
Step 6 – Receiving your items
After completing an order you will receive an automated email containing your invoice. This confirms that the order has been received and an order number has been assigned.
If you select post, you will be notified when your order is dispatched.
If pickup is selected you will be notified when your order is ready for collection
